Andrew has been a fully qualified solicitor for over 25 years. He has previously owned his own solicitors’ firm but over the last 6-7 years has concentrated his business development knowledge and efforts for other companies

He has an extensive background in business development and marketing in the legal and other professional services markets.

He has a developed a huge network within this arena which has led directly to being the Founder of Northern Legal Alliance & subsequently National Legal Alliance.

Andrew is also MD in Jackson Lewis Legal which is a legal business development business nationwide.

He also has a separate FCA entity.

Andrew’s expertise is putting the right people together which is mutually beneficial to all parties involved.

Andrews’ passion is to help as many Law Firms reach & exceed their goals ; as possible.

Mick has worked with law firms since 1999 with more than 23 years experience supporting practices with their Professional Indemnity Insurance and Risk Management.

He’s held several senior positions within the insurance industry with the last 10 years in a sales leadership role.

Mick is also the ceo of rhubarbHive which provides a growing range of services to law firms.

He is passionate about growing the alliance and importantly the value we add to our Members.

Paul’s role is to support the growth of the alliance and attending our various events across the country.

He has a wealth of experience both in the legal eco-system and in national networking.

Paul is keen to develop relationships with as many of our NLA Partners and law firm Members as possible with a focus on collaboration.
